Hi Paul, I know it’s been a few weeks since my last appointment with you and I said yes I’d let you know how I was getting on. I am so grateful to you as I continue to feel so positive and can enjoy life. It has been truly life changing! Not that I doubted your skills but I doubted myself in being able to change. I even have a new job starting in just over a week. The old me would have continued in the same place however my mindset now is; if things are changing then I have to!
